Excellent Customer Service
Had the misfortune of courier company dropping one of the cases. There was some breakage but perfect and immediate customer service more than made up for an error not of perfectcellar's making.

good news!
Like many on here I have also had no contact from Sipp. However, good news! Sipp seems to have rebranded as The Perfect Cellar with the same CEO - Moez Seraly and the same ‘our story’ as is on the Sipp website. They even state they are a collaboration of Sipp and another company.
I’ve provided their contact details below so that they can be chased for any outstanding Sipp deliveries.

Impossible to contact
Impossible to contact. I've received just one delivery in last four or five even though I do get emails saying that my next box is being put together and will be sent soon... I've tried to email to cancel my subscription but just get ignored, the app is no longer working correctly and the page the account section on their website sends you to, to cancel the subscription isn't there so also impossible to cancel... Shame as I really looked forward to receiving these boxes with the occasional free gift. Money will now be going to someone else.

Think the company is bust
I really enjoyed the subscription, but after I didn't receive my order for March and February I emailed and phoned them a number of times trying to find out what happened but never received a response. Their online chat feature is also gone.

Unfortunately, their subscription is one of those that require you to email the company in order to cancel it, I also emailed them a number of times trying to cancel the subscription. Just ended up blocking their payments in case any money is taken out of my account.

Uncontactable
Every delivery has been late. We have now not received the latest delivery, and put this down to the covid-19 restrictions. However, they have not updated customers, are not responding to emails, and their contact number goes straight to voicemail. The absolute least they could do is send an automated email to customers with an update on what is happening. My subscription was prepaid for 6 months, so should either have a refund or an explanation and information on when the deliveries will resume.

Great Communications and Order Tracking…
Great Communications and Order Tracking is accurate. Very friendly Company. Wines are well packed and lots of information about them both written and on the App. I’ve only drunk one Wine so far which I really enjoyed. I joined the Monthly Subscription, great value and collecting points is easy for future purchases. It’s ideal that I can buy the Wine again from the Sipp Bottle Shop. Highly recommended.

So Far so Good!
Only had my first box and I have been impressed so far. The company have obviously thought a lot about the customer experience. Nice touch of a free gift and a hand written note.

On to the wines themselves, I must admit I was a bit sceptical , however the first three wines we have have been decent. I love the idea of trying new wines we wouldn't normally buy as in a supermarket rut!

The additional access to wine info via Alexa is pure genius, looking forward to the second box.

Affordable, accessible and quality wine service
Really easy service that lays out how to appreciate and understand wine. Something that I've found incredibly useful as a 31 year old with no idea about wine! The wine are of a very decent quality and it's nice getting a blurb on the winery too.
They'll make a wine connoisseur of me yet!

Again, the wine collection was amazing. I loved them all. The packaging could be better. The vinegar bottle had broken and spilt everywhere and the glass pieces could have been dangerous. That said, Sipp has been a pretty great experience and I would definitely order again for the amazing curation of wines.

Good and not so good!
Ok so love love the concept, am a member of Naked Wine which has a similar ethos the only thing was that out of the three bottles I didn't like one at all, although they will be adding a free bottle in my next box and the customer service was outstanding. I also feel that there is not a large selection to choose from especially if like me you only drink white and at a push rose.

Love it!
Received a three month wine subscription from Sipp and it's great! Super communicative about the orders. We had a no or problem with the first delivery and it was dealt with immediately. Wonderful selection of wines that come with great info about them and hiw they should be paired. 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely fantastic service!
Absolutely fantastic service just received my first box and can't wait to try the wines, The customer service is next to none I got a lovely little card saying thank you in my box which you never get from most companies plus a extra that I wasn't expecting a bottle of Balsamic vinegar, This company is fantastic and I will 100% be carrying on with my subscription can't wait to try new wines.

Lovely treat
I have received my first box, and it was such a treat! I wasn't expecting the free gifts, so that was a nice touch. I have tried 2 of the three wines so far. I wasn't a fan of one of them, but I did pick it, and it was probably down to personal taste. I like the idea of trying new wines and being able to pick your own. I love how you can find out more about the wines with Alexa, it was easy to do, and quite informative. There was lots of info about the wines and what to pair them with, and the bottles looked premium. Well worth the intro offer.

SIPP and enjoy
SIPP provides an all-round excellent service. I am no wine buff, but the wines I have enjoyed so far have all been superb. I like the helpful tasting notes I receive with my order. I also like having the option to choose a different wine from the pre-selected monthly order. The little goodies enclosed in my wine box are pretty smart too. I love the bottle opener with its ergonomic shape and extended lobster claw. Cork pulling is certainly no hassle now - cheers!

I just had my second wine order…
I just had my second wine order delivered and I am so impressed with the content. I have told all my friends and family about it, hoping they can experience it too. I'm a huge fan so thankyou very much for the fine wine and the lovely handwritten note, plus the chocolate. Such a nice touch.
